Admission Notice for class XI Session 2024 – 2025 2024
Posted On: 29/03/2024The admission procedure of Calcutta Airport English High School for class XI (session 2024 – 25) is about to start. The requisite information and admission schedule are as follows:
1. Students fulfilling the eligibility criteria (given below) will be admitted directly.
2. Eligibility criteria (Based on Test / Pre Board result):
For the students of Calcutta Airport English High School:
Set-I 65% in aggregate and 60% in Science group.
Set-II 50% in aggregate and 50% in Science group.
Set-III 40% in aggregate. (Students willing to take Mathematics must have 45% marks in this subject).
For the students of other schools / Boards:
Set-I 70% in aggregate and 65% in Science group.
Set-II 55% in aggregate and 55% in Science group.
Set-III 45% in aggregate. (Students willing to take Mathematics must have 45% marks in this subject).
3. Subject Combinations:
(Students must choose any 4 subjects from the same set of subjects)

4. Date and time of admission:
3rd April (For Set-I), between 12 noon to 2pm.
4th April (For Set-II), between 12 noon to 2pm.
8th April (For Set-III), between 12 noon to 2pm.
Original and Photo copy of Test / Pre Board Examination result need to be produced during admission.
This admission is purely provisional. School will abide by the rules of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) and West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE). Students must fulfill minimum marks criteria in Madhyamik Examination set by WBCHSE, otherwise the admission will be liable to be cancelled.
5. Fee Structure:
For the students of Calcutta Airport English High School:
Admission fee: Rs. 22000.
Session fee: Rs. 8000.
Refundable security deposit: Rs.5000.

Computer Lab fee: Rs. 200
Geography Lab fee: Rs. 200
Chemistry Lab fee: Rs. 200
Physics Lab fee: Rs. 200
Biology Lab fee: Rs. 200
Nutrition Lab fee: Rs. 200
For the students of other schools / Boards:
Admission fee: Rs. 27000.
Session fee: Rs. 8000.
Refundable security deposit: Rs.5000.

Geography Lab fee: Rs. 200

Only the admission fee of Rs. 22000 / 27000 (Non refundable) and an additional charge of Rs. 500 for the admission form are required during admission. Tuition fee and other charges will be effective from June, 2024 on quarterly basis. Students must be accompanied by father/mother during admission.
6. Mode of payment:
